Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Engineering Planner I to join the Medical Design Group in Metro Manila. You will coordinate project activities, engineering documentation, prototype logistics, purchasing, and office operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule while supporting teams with planning, shipping, receiving and admin tasks.

Collaborate with engineering leads and cross-functional colleagues across electrical, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in a related field.
• 1–3 years in engineering coordination or administrative roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and document control.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, action items, and project documentation.
• Support meetings, design reviews, and status updates.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and due dates.
• Coordinate with team leads on planning and resource activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and purchasing support.
• Assist with engineering records, specifications, and controlled documents.
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
