Job summary

AUTOPHIL ZONE SALES CORPORATION is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the engineering team in the Philippines. You will manage permits, schedules, site logistics, documentation, and reporting, enabling engineers to focus on engineering work.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, crews, and clients; running status meetings; handling procurement from approved BOMs; and maintaining document control and weekly/monthly operations reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in project coordination or administration, ideally construction/engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and CRM/project management tool familiarity.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master project tracker with status, milestones, deliverables, and owners.
• Coordinate schedules, site access, and manpower with engineers, crews, and clients.
• Run project status meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up.
• Submit permits and utility submittals to LGUs and utilities using engineer-provided checklists.
• Own document control: contracts, drawings, transmittals, variations, reports, turnover packs.
• Prepare purchase requests from BOMs; chase quotations, POs, and deliveries.
• Serve as admin point of contact for clients on scheduling and status updates.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operations reports and support deployment and training coordination.
