Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Master Planner located in Cavite, Philippines. This role is essential for managing end-to-end production planning and order fulfillment in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will ensure demand-supply alignment, oversee scheduling, and maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in production planning are required, along with strong skills in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Planning / Master Planning within electronics, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, Dashboards, Complex formulas) and data analytics.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order planning and acknowledgment (within 24 hours).
• Drive production planning and scheduling, including capacity balancing.
• Ensure accurate demand-supply alignment and maintain data integrity in ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor and deliver 100% on-time delivery (OTD); proactively resolve delays.
