Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner in Cavite to develop and execute structured materials and capacity production plans. You will collaborate with the materials support team to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted production flow, plan factory loading, and drive on-time delivery while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE), Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science, or related 4-year course.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials planning in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of MPS, capacity planning, and production control processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain MPS master data for accuracy and reliability.
• Plan and optimize daily production loading based on capacity and capabilities.
• Coordinate weekly rolling production loading with IE and Operations teams.
• Drive on-time delivery by aligning schedules with customer and business needs.
• Monitor production performance and implement recovery plans for variances.
