Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an experienced Lead Electronic Engineer to join the Medical Design Team in the Philippines. The role provides technical and people leadership for a multidisciplinary group of electrical, firmware, and mechanical engineers, with responsibility for new product development, sustaining engineering, customer programs, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
7+ years of engineering product development experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Experience with project planning and execution.
Experience supporting product development from concept through production release.

Responsibilities

Monitor progress of projects to ensure customer expectations, schedule, and cost targets are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, firmware, PCB, manufacturing, and quality.
Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and status updates.
Maintain project documentation including schedules, action logs, and change records.
Support change control processes and prototype builds, validation phases, and pilot runs.
