Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Project Engineering Specialist to support CAD documentation, BOMs, and engineering drawings for manufacturing and product transfers.

This role may lead to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, plus experience with circuit analysis, analog/digital design, and power electronics, and exposure to embedded systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Solid grounding in circuit analysis, analog/digital design, and power electronics.
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA or SoC architectures.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain CAD drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation with configuration control.
• Develop, review, and revise manufacturing work instructions, process flows, and test procedures for production readiness.
• Support transfer of ESVM Probe products by coordinating technical documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to close documentation gaps and enable product implementation.
• Assist with engineering change management, process validation, and troubleshooting during transfer and ramp-up.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide engineering support for additional transfer projects across AE global sites.
