Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Software Support Specialist II to provide operational and technical support for Engineering platforms, including Autodesk and Bentley.

The role ensures availability, security, and performance across server, cloud, and virtual environments, while coordinating changes and improvements with platform teams and vendors. Strong collaboration and documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise application support or technical operations in global IT.
• 2+ years supporting Engineering Applications such as Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with application availability, licensing, monitoring, incidents, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, server, database, virtualization, and virtual desktops.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for Engineering platforms and applications.
• Ensure application availability, licensing, performance, and security.
• Coordinate patching, upgrades, releases, and remediation activities.
• Assist with incident escalation, major incident recovery, and problem management.
• Support onboarding, transition readiness, and environment management with stakeholders.
• Assist SSO, access governance, and security hardening across applications.
• Contribute to automation, scripting, and deployment improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
