Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is seeking a Software Support Specialist II to provide operational and technical support for Engineering platforms, including Autodesk and Bentley. You will ensure availability, licensing, performance, and security across server, cloud, and virtual environments.

You will coordinate changes, incident management, and service improvements while collaborating with platform, infrastructure, and security teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or technical operations.
2+ years supporting Engineering Applications such as Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, Bluebeam, Adobe, or similar AEC software.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and technical support for Engineering platforms and applications (Autodesk, Bentley, etc.).
Ensure availability, licensing, performance, monitoring, and service continuity across environments.
Coordinate patching, upgrades, releases, and vulnerability remediation.
