Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software platforms and service delivery operations.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting with Power BI or Excel.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear data definitions.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Experience documenting processes and SOPs.
• Understanding of governance, version control, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a platform-agnostic technical advisor to support business and technical objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports showing service performance and health.
• Define, document and maintain meaningful KPIs and targets with stakeholders.
• Ensure dashboard and KPI data are accurate and consistently defined for decision-making.
• Analyze performance trends and propose practical recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, checklists, and control points.
• Monitor adherence to processes and drive corrective actions across teams.
• Provide technical guidance to the business and platform teams.
• Create and maintain KBAs and monitor their usage within support levels 1 and 2.
• Help ensure the application estate is secure, reliable, and performing optimally.
• Support resolution of escalations and communications.
• Ensure alignment with Arcadis standards and industry best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
