You will build systems, dashboards, and reporting structures to support 50x growth while preserving quality and speed. The role demands direct, results-focused leadership and clear communication with US leadership.

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines and supervising a Filipino engineering team.
• Experience in operations, production, or manufacturing management is required.
• Strong people management with performance coaching and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational output tracking across the Philippines engineering team.
• Identify processing bottlenecks with data-driven analysis.
• Implement and manage KPIs: on-time delivery, error rate, throughput per engineer.
• Lead performance management and address underperformance promptly.
• Build and improve operational systems, SOPs, and training processes.
• Report trends and insights to the US Head of Operations on a regular cadence.
• Bridge culture between Philippines team and US leadership.
