MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Projects:

• Manage and give proposals of Designs for Minor and Major Projects
• Develops detailed project plans and track progress
• Supervises the bidding process from start to awarding
• Supervises and follow up.
• Procurement of materials for different warehouse needs.
• Manages the construction and assures its completion and on-time target.
• Regular meeting and on-site checking of the projects to assure completion as per plan and on schedule.
• Coordinates with departments concerned and reports the status of the project.

ANNUAL CAPEX :

• Collates annual projects for proposal and approval.
• Schedules and completes all approve CAPEX within the approved year.
• Coordinates with other requestor and other departments concerning to the CAPEX project.
• Coordinates with the DC Manager for the projects.

Procurement of Parts, Materials and Supplies :

• Canvass of at least three suppliers per requirements before issuing purchase order.
• Canvasses and purchases all necessary items to complete the project.
• Assures on time delivery of items/equipment needed for the completion of the project

General :

• Creates a detailed project and work plan for compliance.
• Assures all requirements such as utilities, permits, etc pertaining to the projects are complied.
• Management, completion, and safekeeping of plans.
