Job summary

BJAK is building a Southeast Asia neobank superapp. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll own a vertical end-to-end—from strategy and roadmaps to design and delivery of core money-movement systems.

You’ll balance regulatory constraints, reliability and user experience while shaping architecture with engineering. You’ll lead across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations and Finance/Reconciliation, applying AI where it adds real value and maintaining auditable, trustworthy systems for real

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end.
• Comfort reading, reviewing and challenging design docs; able to sketch architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own a vertical end-to-end with clear outcomes and measurable backlog.
• Shape technical design with engineering for boundaries, money-movement, and security.
• Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability and UX.
• Treat licensing, KYC, and sanctions as core inputs to product planning.
• Apply AI judiciously, defining what it can decide and when humans stay in the loop.
• Ship behind feature flags and manage go-live with external gates.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations and Finance.
