Job summary

JoyRide Superapp is seeking an Engineering Manager who blends deep technical leadership with people management. You will lead multiple engineering teams, guide architectural decisions, and champion agile delivery reporting to the VP of Technology.

You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, improve processes, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive scalable, high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in technical leadership or management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong engineering background with end-to-end software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance priorities; mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach engineering teams while guiding technical direction.
• Drive architectural decisions, software design, and implementation with engineers.
• Manage multiple teams and improve agile practices.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value.
