Job summary

JoyRide Superapp is seeking a mid or senior UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive mobile and web experiences. You will lead user research, craft flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems while mentoring junior designers.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Management to translate insights into actionable design solutions and ensure usability. You will mentor juniors, advocate for user-centered design, and maintain design guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio focused on user experience.
Ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities

Lead user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Develop and oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Advocate for user-centered design by integrating research and feedback.
Craft and implement a strategic UX vision across mobile apps and websites.
Translate research findings into design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
Design, test, and refine UX components to ensure usability.
Create compelling graphic designs to support UX objectives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Management to align UX strategies.
