Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Guiguinto, Bulacan is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation) or Industrial Technology and at least 1 year of relevant experience to keep plant equipment running.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime, and support continuous plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation) or Industrial Technology.
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, or technical operations.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Male.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation) or Industrial Technology.
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, or technical operations.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Must have relevant technical work experience and training.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance capabilities.
• Ensure continuous operation of plant equipment through timely preventive and corrective action.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Troubleshooting technical operational issues to minimize equipment downtime.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Work Hours: 8 hours + overtime pay

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experiences
