Job summary

NIPPON SANSO INGASCO, INC. is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance planning and execution for all plant equipment at Tanauan, Batangas.

The role requires overseeing preventive and corrective electrical tasks across multiple plants with emphasis on safety and reliability. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineer license (PEE preferred), with over 5 years in operations and maintenance, and strong supervisory abilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer, PEE preferred.
• Certified Electrical Manager is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DCS/PLC operation.
• Possesses good supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Maintenance plan for Plant Equipment.
• Supervise preventive and corrective Electrical maintenance in all plants.
• Check and analyze submitted preventive maintenance reports for abnormalities and formulate corrective actions.
• Check the prepared maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment per plant.
• Supervise periodic inspection and service on all electrical equipment in all plants.
• Oversees inspection, monitoring and troubleshooting of plant machines.
• Oversees the activities in the repair, installation and maintenance of all plant equipment.
• Ensure the availability and safekeeping of all plant maintenance tools and equipment.
• Provide input for the development of technical and maintenance systems and procedures that improve effectiveness.
• Assists other engineering discipline in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance in all plant machineries and equipment.
• Assists other departments in Electrical related activities including commissioning of new plant (On-site / Main Plant).
• Assists the completion of Electrical requirements needed for the application of permit or installation of new plant site and substation.
• Assist other plant branches in maintenance activities when needed.
