Job summary

Zenarosa Food Corporation in Cavite seeks a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily activities of engineering and maintenance technicians, develop preventive maintenance schedules, ensure quick troubleshooting, oversee new machinery installation, monitor utilities, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering and experience in food manufacturing, with strong leadership and CMMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in engineering/maintenance in a food manufacturing setting is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant safety standards.
• Proficient in maintenance management systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of engineering and maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of equipment and utilities to support uninterrupted production.
• Oversee installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
• Monitor and manage utility systems (e.g., power, water, air, refrigeration) to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure engineering solutions support operational goals.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
• Recommend and lead improvement projects for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and system reliability.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
