Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering and PRC license.
• Experience as Design Assistant Manager or Design Engineer with real estate/contracting exposure.
• Knowledge of design reviews for MEPFS and CS and related standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables with external consultants.
• Proven problem solving, adaptability and accountability.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Uphold SMDC’s Design Checklists and Design Standards.
• Review sanitary and plumbing works from external consultants and note changes.
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate design parameters and ensure action items are closed.
• Review MEPFS & CS drawings to ensure compliance and adequacy.
• Monitor deliverables timelines and communicate with consultants.
• Perform yearly MEPF audits of SMDC residences/properties/projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
