Job summary

Christ the King Medical Center Unihealth Las Pinas seeks a proactive Engineering & Maintenance leader to oversee the department’s administrative and technical operations within a hospital setting. You will coordinate with other services to ensure safe, compliant building maintenance and facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Updated PRC License.
• With at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Carries full administrative responsibility and authority for the Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Coordinates all activities of the Engineering & Maintenance Department with other services and departments of the institution.
• Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization and its division.
• Knows and practices the prescribed Engineering and Building Maintenance policy, purpose, and standards.
• Coordinates with Government Agencies for all compliance as Safety Officer, waste management, and pollution control officer.
• Directs the planning and implementation of facilities improvement activities for Hospital Building services.
• Exercises initiative, ingenuity, and sound judgement in solving difficult administrative, technical, and personnel problems.
• Performs other functions, including directions, supervision, and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
