Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Hospital Operations and Maintenance Leader to develop and implement the Hospital Operation and Maintenance Program, train personnel, and evaluate departmental goals to ensure a safe, clean, and structurally sound environment.

You will supervise FTMO personnel across Electrical, Sanitary, Waste Handling, Building Maintenance, Security, grounds, and Housekeeping, ensure patient rooms and departments are properly equipped, monitor quality and safety, and advise leadership

Qualifications

• Completion of baccalaureate degree with valid PRC License.
• At least one year of practical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that safe, clean and structurally sound environment is achieved in the hospital through development and implementation of the Hospital Operation and Maintenance Program, the development and training of personnel and the evaluation of goals of the department
• Educate Employees/staff on proper handling and utmost care for all Hospital Assets and initiate Work order response within 24 hours
• Manage all FTMO Personnel: delegate work to Electrical, Sanitary, Waste Handler, Building Maintenance, Internal & External Security, ground maintenance and Housekeeping
• Ensure that all patients' rooms and all departments are complete with all required amenities and equipment
• Closely monitor the hospital site activities with respect to Quality, Safety, and progress and advise the President /CFO of findings/area of concern and corrective action
• Ensure Contractors' compliance with contract obligations concerning Design specifications and changes
• Advise and coordinate with the President on any potential variation to scope of work, which may generate cost or time impact
• Supervise waste management
• Plan for future development in line with strategic business objective
• Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption of core activities

About the role
