Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance and engineering staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime and maximise productivity.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate emergency repairs to restore operations.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics; ensure engineering and maintenance documentations are up to date and complete.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills.
• Liaise with production teams to understand operational requirements and address maintenance concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components for rapid repairs.
• Represents the department and the company to 3rd party auditors and government inspections.

About the role

We are currently in need of an Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Marilao, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. As Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations, supervise technical teams, and ensure that all documentations are up to date and complete as well as all equipment and systems operate at peak efficiency. This position is integral to our operational success and directly impacts production quality, safety standards, and cost efficiency across the organisation.
