Mary Grace Foods Inc. seeks an Engineering Supervisor to ensure continuous and efficient operations of facilities, kitchen equipment, and machinery in Mary Grace stores or manufacturing plant, including water treatment facility, electrical, and air-conditioning.
You will lead engineers, technicians, and specialists to implement preventive maintenance and repair programs, monitor performance, and prepare annual budgets with a focus on cost control and safety compliance.

Store/Café Equipment Repairs & Maintenance
Manufacturing Equipment Repairs & Maintenance
The Engineering Supervisor ensures continuous and efficient operations of facilities, kitchen equipment, and machinery in Mary Grace stores or manufacturing plant including water treatment facility, electrical, air-conditioning, among others. S/he leads a group of engineers, technicians, and specialists to execute appropriate preventive maintenance programs and repair activities.
Manages a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works, etc.) for the execution of repairs and maintenance works.
Manages a team of administrative coordinators to ensure that work permits and materials are complete for the smooth execution of repairs and maintenance works.
Develops, maintains, and implements monthly work plan activities for the Engineering Group.
Devices cost-effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and machinery, waste water treatment facility, electrical, air-conditioning, building and grounds.
Obtains various data and monitors the proper and timely evaluation of preventive and corrective action for all equipment/treatment programs needed for waste water treatment facility, electrical, air-conditioning, building and grounds.
Ensures all needed tools, spare parts, equipment and operating supplies are defined, maintained and sourced out properly/timely to keep an appropriate inventory level and source are known/available.
Implements consistent housekeeping maintenance at all times and compliance to all safety rules and regulations that are appropriate for operating/monitoring/maintaining equipment and machinery.
Monitors and controls the cost of operating and maintaining equipment and treatment programs including finding ways to improve tools/equipment performance, utilization and manpower productivity.
Motivates and encourages subordinates towards continuous performance improvement, compliance to safety rules and regulations through coaching and direct supervision and performance appraisal/reviews.
Ensures all aspects of the Engineering Department’s needs are covered in the preparation of the annual budget.
Prepares reports to monitor and ensure efficiency on use of resources to solve concerns and issues.
Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the immediate head.
Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (PRC).
Store Support: At least three (3) years experience in supervising the repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC equipment, or facilities in multiple sites. Open to occasional field work. Experience in the food manufacturing, restaurant, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Manufacturing Support: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing repairs and maintenance.
With experience in handling in-house technicians.
Preferably with experience in CAPEX & OPEX budgeting.
Willing to work shifting schedules and overtime as necessary.
Amenable to work on a 6-day workweek.
Willing to be assigned in Head Office located at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
