Job summary

ams OSRAM’s LSP unit in the Philippines seeks a Production Test Engineer to drive yield improvements for assigned devices. You will support test program maintenance, data systems, and GRR studies while collaborating with multiple departments on test-related issues.

Fresh graduates with semiconductor test/manufacturing exposure are welcome; knowledge of X-Series Diamond X series is a plus. This on-site role offers growth in a high-precision photonics environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Fresh Graduate to 2 yrs experience in Semiconductor Test/Manufacturing.
• Experience in Test Product Engineering, technician or engineer level.
• Knowledgeable in Final Test and wafer Sort an advantage.
• Practical experience on X-Series and Diamond X series an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work on yield improvement and first pass yield for assigned devices.
• Provide production support through maverick lot disposition and hardware debugging.
• Update and maintain test programs and production data systems.
• Perform GRR studies and analyze results using statistical tools; implement corrective actions.
• Interface with other departments to support test-related issues like machine downtime.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Work on Yield improvement, First Pass yield Improvement and drive for continuous improvement for assigned devices
• Provide production support through maverick lot disposition and setup/hardware debug
• Update and maintain test programs and production data systems
• Perform GRR studies. Process and analyse result using statistical tools and perform corrective action as needed
• Interface with other departments to support test related issues such as machine downtimes, Yield and Quality
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
