ams OSRAM's Light Sensors & Photonics unit in Laguna is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Test, Tape-and-Reel and Vision systems on the production floor. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and sustain yield.

The successful candidate is a graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical fields, with willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and to rotate between day and night shifts monthly.

Formación

• Graduate of Electronics, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical. Other Technical courses are also welcome.
• Fresh Graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Willing to work in monthly day / night rotation shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures that all equipment on Test Floor is operating properly and maintains high Test and Vision yield performance.
• Perform equipment setup, qualification, and buyoff activities prior to release for production and engineering use.
• Prepare and submit shift reports detailing daily activities, equipment downtime incidents, corrective actions, and status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance metrics such as Efficiency, MUBA, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Generate one-pager reports for major equipment downtime events; including root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) where applicable.
• Provide maintenance and technical support to Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI (New Product Introduction), and other departments requiring assistance with Test, Tape-and-Reel, and Vision systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment-related issues to minimize production interruption.
