Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a desktop and telephony support specialist to assist brokers and support staff. You will handle first and second line support for MS Office, Refinitiv, Bloomberg and in-house applications, while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining hardware and software assets.

Role involves documenting issues in ServiceNow, participating in project and vendor activities, and collaborating with the APAC team. Some shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial dealing room or fast-paced financial environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and telephony support for brokers and staff.
• First/second line support for MS Office, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and in-house apps.
• Document issues and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Ensure hardware, software and services comply with company policies.
• Install, operate and maintain IT and communications equipment.
