Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Specialist in Payroll Services to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payments across the organization. You will process inputs, manage semi-monthly and biweekly runs, and support year-end activities while maintaining payroll records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, 3+ years of US payroll experience, and proficiency with SAP HR, ECP, MyServices, and Excel. Night shifts and cross-functional collaboration are involved.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business or equivalent.
• 3+ years US payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP HR, ECP and MyServices preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• CPP or FPC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs according to schedule and checklists.
• Handle semi-monthly and biweekly payrolls and GL postings.
• Calculate final pay and off-cycle adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with banks re: direct deposits and checks.
• Provide backup support to Payroll team and manage mailbox.
• Collaborate with HR Direct and Employee Central to resolve issues.
• Perform year-end uploads, testing and reconciliations.
