Job summary

Apero Restaurant is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from sourcing through onboarding. You will build a strong candidate pool and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely hires.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Proficient using JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and adaptable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job fairs, networking, and other channels.
• Review and evaluate resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, qualifications, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate phone, virtual, onsite, and final interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Monitor applicant pipelines and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-hire, placement status).
• Create and optimize job postings to attract qualified candidates and strengthen employer branding.
