Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment following HR standards and timelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and coordinate interviews with Hiring Manager.
• Prepare and update recruitment dashboards and vacancy postings.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance.
• Assist in onboarding processes and pre-employment documentation.
• Collaborate on HRIS projects and reporting.
