Job summary

Kynexa Global Inc. (a Nimbl Staffing company) is seeking an entry- to mid-level Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for our BPO operations in Cebu City. This onsite role reports to the HR Head and maintains a steady pipeline across multiple client accounts.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, draft job ads, and handle pre-employment documentation to meet staffing targets while contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years in recruitment or sourcing, preferably BPO/shared services.
• Familiar with sourcing platforms: LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook groups.
• Experience with ATS and candidate management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging candidates & managers.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-requisition management.
• Understanding of Philippine labor compliance and pre-employment docs.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, managers, and clients.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming roles.
• Draft and post job ads and refine them by response rates.
• Coordinate pre-employment docs (NBI clearance, IDs, medical).
• Prepare sourcing/hiring reports for TA Manager.
• Support employer branding through job fairs and campus recruitment.
