Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks an End-to-End Recruiter to source qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and place them with client organisations.

You will coordinate with account managers and maintain excellent candidate experience to support recruitment operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Good communication skills.

• 9 months to 1 year minimum experience in US recruitment.
• Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) experience.
