Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks a skilled Project Coordinator to manage client projects from receipt to delivery and ensure all materials and files are prepared according to company standards.

The role requires strong planning, regular client communications, and collaboration with team leaders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and efficient project closing.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Has at least 3 to 5 years experience in some aspect of the publishing process (XML, Graphics, Composition, QC) and 1 year experience in a lead role.
• Knowledge of basic quality assessment methods.
• Training or experience in project management methodology (planning, organizing, tracking).
• Basic leadership skills for guiding and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manages, oversees and controls the project(s) from receiving to delivery.
• Receives projects from Clients and ensures proper preparation of materials, maintaining control of all files and other work products.
• Ensures delivery of project files and billing details to the PTS, Client FTP and/or email.
• Project Creation & Preparation (PTS): Job Order creation; Project structure & budgeting.
• Project delivery (PTS): Delivers project files and closes delivery task.
• Project-specific Client coordination and management of client expectations regarding deliverables.
• Manages Client emails and establishes complete project specification sheets for each deliverable project.
