Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Order Management, Operations, Telecommunications, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Review and process complex customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform order validation, customer information setup, serviceability checks, and order entry.
• Manage order changes, renewals, migrations, disconnects, and exception requests.
• Troubleshoot order fallout, rejects, and system issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related concerns.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service level objectives.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
