Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee complex customer orders from intake to fulfillment across multiple systems.

You will review, validate, enter, and manage orders while coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Billing to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role requires 3+ years in order management and comfort with night shifts in a hybrid Ortigas Center setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Order Management, Operations, Telecommunications, or related experience.
• Experience managing complex orders across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and process complex customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform order validation, customer information setup, serviceability checks, and order entry.
• Manage order changes, renewals, migrations, disconnects, and exception requests.
• Troubleshoot order fallout, rejects, and system issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related concerns.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service level objectives.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
