Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in the same industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and HR tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from manpower request to onboarding.
• Source candidates, screen, interview, and select; extend job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Provide support in general HR functions, employee records, engagement, compliance and HR programs.
