Job summary

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Head Office and 14 branches nationwide.

The role covers Operations, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Laboratory/QA, and Back Office functions, with travel to branches as needed. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interviews, background checks, and onboarding coordination, while maintaining trackers and supporting employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in multi-branch operations.
• Experience in volume hiring for frontline/operational roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel for recruitment activities and branch hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, schools, LGUs, TESDA, PESO, and other networks.
• Conduct initial interviews, assessments, background checks, and employment verification.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring requirements with hiring managers and branch representatives.
• Prepare and update job descriptions, offers, and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and school partnerships.
• Monitor KPIs, including hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and Training to support onboarding.
