Job summary

Coral Agri-Venture Farm Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the HR Recruitment Team with end-to-end staffing activities, from posting jobs to candidate coordination and onboarding.

The role emphasizes sourcing candidates through job boards and referrals, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. Experience in agribusiness recruitment is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• 6–12 months experience in recruitment or HR support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate profiling based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in the preparation of job postings and recruitment-related materials.
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support recruitment operations.
