Job summary

Arvin International Marketing Inc. in Pasay City is seeking a Logistics Associate to coordinate the end-to-end movement of our products, including salt, chemicals, rice, and other raw materials.

This role ensures efficient transportation, inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing logistics operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three (3) years of logistics/warehousing/distribution experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities for bulk and packaged products.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate deliveries to customers, warehouses, and partners to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels and product movement across warehouses.
• Prepare, review, and process logistics documents (receipts, bills of lading, packing lists, invoices).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse personnel, sales teams and customers on shipment schedules and requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays, damages, shortages, or other issues with corrective actions.
