Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices and payment requests with supporting documents.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers, fund transfers, and bank payment instructions.
• Maintain documentation for AP and payment transactions.
• Monitor AP subledger and aging records; ensure timely settlements.
