Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Lead Accounts Payable professional to supervise high-volume AP operations with regional exposure. You will manage PO matching, vendor relations, and payment runs while driving process improvements and ERP transformation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, experience supervising AP teams across geographies, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Hybrid work model and regional collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily AP operations and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Manage 2-way and 3-way PO matching; resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee travel and expense reimbursements across platforms.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve billing issues.
• Review and approve payment runs per policy.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with GL; investigate variances.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and accruals.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness.
• Drive AP automation and process improvements.
• Support ERP transition and system integration.
