Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Operations Manager - Invoice to Pay (APAC) to lead cross-market APAC invoice-to-pay operations and drive regional transformation across multiple markets. The role focuses on service excellence, governance, and people leadership within a large shared services environment.

You will collaborate with regional Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to enhance service delivery, manage escalations, and support automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience within Accounts Payable, Invoice to Pay, or Finance Operations.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience within a shared services or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice lifecycle management, and supplier operations.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations within APAC.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Invoice to Pay operations across APAC markets, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
• Manage and develop large teams responsible for invoice processing, supplier inquiries, and payment support.
• Oversee regional KPI performance, SLA achievement, and operational governance.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives across APAC processes.
• Partner with regional Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Resolve complex escalations involving invoices, POs, supplier master data, and payments.
• Support automation, digital transformation, and ERP optimisation projects.
• Prepare management reporting and provide operational insights to senior leadership.
