Job summary

Sagility is seeking an OE Manager – Instructional Design & Knowledge Management to lead a cross-functional enablement team responsible for designing, delivering, and governing high-quality learning programs and knowledge content.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on instructional design, knowledge authoring, and analytics to empower advocates, supervisors, and support teams with accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive corporate instructional design experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, SnagIt) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Hands-on knowledge management and technical writing experience (KCS-aligned preferred).
• Strong business writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional enablement team to design, deliver, and govern learning programs and knowledge content.
• Mentor 40+ team members with coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and updates reflect product/process changes.
• Plan enablement backlog, manage budgets, capacity, and vendor resources using Agile practices.
• Measure learning outcomes and transfer to performance; optimize content lifecycle.
