Job summary

Sagility seeks an Operations Enablement Senior Analyst - Training Assistant to support training readiness and implementation. You will assist the lead trainer, educate and motivate advocates, and drive performance improvements in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

You will collaborate with trainers, SMEs, and operations supervisors to identify training needs and streamline processes, ensuring timely completion of improvements and effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate training and onboarding programs.
• Ability to facilitate learning and transfer of knowledge to employees.
• Strong communication and collaboration with trainers and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Support new hires in classroom training, OJT, and LMS courses.
• Conduct role plays to enhance learning transfer.
• Facilitate topics and programs to meet performance expectations.
• Co-manage classrooms and coordinate with supervisors and learners.
• Provide real-time coaching and side-by-side support during training.
• Assist in training logistics for virtual and onsite sessions.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
