Employee Relations Supervisor

Are you a master of diplomacy with a deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code? We are looking for an employee relations supervisor who can bridge the gap between management and our dedicated team. You won't just be "handling issues"—you’ll be building a culture of transparency, fairness, and mutual respect.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary mediator for employee grievances, ensuring that every voice is heard and issues are resolved with "win-win" outcomes.
• Policy Stewardship: Interpret and implement company policies and the Philippine Labor Code to keep us compliant and our employees protected.
• Disciplinary Management: Oversee the administrative hearing process, ensuring due process is followed from the Notice to Explain (NTE) to final resolution.
• Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR team to design programs that boost morale, reduce turnover, and make QQEnglish the best place to work.
• Labor Relations: Represent the company in labor-related discussions and stay updated on the latest DOLE regulations and jurisprudence.

What We’re Looking For

• The Experience: At least 3–5 years of solid experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• The Brains: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, or Law. (A background in Labor Law is a huge plus!)
• The Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to deliver tough news with empathy and handle high-pressure situations with a cool head.
• The Knowledge: Expert-level familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and standard HR best practices.
• The Vibe: A proactive problem-solver who believes that a happy workplace is a productive one.
