You will guide employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and help resolve workplace concerns in line with company policies and labor regulations. The role involves drafting notices and related documents, assisting in disciplinary procedures, monitoring regulatory compliance, and partnering with HRBPs to foster a fair, harmonious work environment for our teams
