Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a hybrid role. You will handle employee relations matters and liaise with management to improve morale and productivity.

The ideal candidate has a HR degree, at least 1 year in employee relations, knowledge of employment law, and strong reporting and communication skills. This role requires discretion with confidential information and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle personnel and employee relations issues affecting morale and productivity.
• Evaluate and resolve labor and human relations problems with management.
• Explain company and government rules and ensure compliance.
• Act as liaison between employees and management to facilitate communication.
• Audit records for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Attend hearings with DOLE and NLRC; prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

About the job Employee Relations Specialist - Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Can handle discussion related to personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity
• Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action
• Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance
• Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between Employees and Management
• Demonstrates maturity, dependability, and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly report
• Performs other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in human resources or other related course
• At least solid 1 year of experience in handling Employee Relations
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
• Knowledgeable in Policy Making and Process Creations
• Good in reports related to Employee Relations (PPT file, Excel, etc.)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills
• Very good in written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
