Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Ability to handle employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts promptly.
• Capability to manage and document employee disciplinary cases.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration support.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential HR records and files.
• Capability to coordinate with different departments and operating sites regarding HR concerns.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally and promptly.
• Conduct employee counseling and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Manage and document employee disciplinary cases from initial incident reporting through case resolution.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as Notice to Explain (NTE), Final Warning, Preventive Suspension, Administrative Hearing notices, and Notice of Case Decision, as applicable.
• Coordinate administrative hearings and ensure proper documentation of proceedings.
• Recommend appropriate HR actions based on policies, procedures, and labor standards.
• Maintain complete and confidential records of employee relations cases.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and address potential employee relations and labor issues before they escalate.
• Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on proper employee handling and disciplinary procedures.
