Job summary

Matimco, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations and Performance Management Officer to lead employee relations initiatives and drive performance management across the organization in Caloocan City.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in HR, with strong knowledge of Philippine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Political Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations, performance management, and general HR.
• Experience handling grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, fairness, and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, workplace investigations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
• Administer and enhance performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, company rules, disciplinary procedures, and performance-related concerns.
• Develop and facilitate training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities and employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze employee performance data and HR metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidential employee relations and performance records.
• Collaborate with HR team and department heads to implement people management strategies.
