Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR/Employee Relations experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City and travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Support disciplinary processes and administrative investigations.
