Job summary

WRLD CAPITAL HOLDINGS INC. is seeking an Employee Relations professional to promote positive relations across corporate offices and construction sites. The role handles grievances, disciplinary processes, and engagement initiatives to support a respectful, productive, and compliant work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR/related field and at least 2 years of experience in employee or labor relations, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws and due process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Legal Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR generalist functions.
• Experience in construction, project-based workforce, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, company policies, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and due process.
• Handling employee concerns involving attendance, conduct, performance, and policy violations.
• Experience in employee engagement activities, counseling, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Strong communication, documentation, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters professionally.
• Willing to coordinate with project sites and field personnel.
