Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR/LR/ER experience, with proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years HR/LR/ER experience involving analysis/technical writing.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations for compliance.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee grievances, mediate disputes, and facilitate fair outcomes.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
• Stay informed about and adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Promote open communication between employees and management.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters to staff and managers.
• Develop and deliver training on topics like conflict resolution and workplace policies.
• Assist in management of employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
• Maintain organized files for disciplinary action memos and ensure proper filing.
